[Canceled] Universe in the Park

Scientists from the University of Minnesota institute of Astrophysics will have a short presentation on a wide variety of universe-related topics, followed by observation of celestial bodies using their telescopes.

Microscopy in the Park

Sometimes in nature, the tiniest details elude the naked eye and require a microscope to reveal. So, our Friends Group will host scientists from the Minnesota Microscopy Society here at Lake Maria's Trail Center with a multitude of microscopes for an engaging and informative program, exploring the little things in nature.
