Forest Bathing Experience

Lowry Nature Center at Carver Park Preserve

7025 Nature Center Dr, Victoria, MN 55386

1:30–3:00 PM with informal social to follow

Join us in the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), a slow, guided walk that invites a deep connection with nature through your senses. This restorative experience will be led by certified forest therapy guide and lifelong naturalist Sara Holger. She will lead the walk with invitations to experience the texture, scents, sounds of the natural world.

What to wear and bring: Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and shoes. Optionally, you may want to bring a blanket, cushion, or light folding chair for the brief moments of sitting during the walk.

Rain or shine: We’ll walk in light rain and offer an indoor adaptation in case of heavy rain.

Afterward: Option to enjoy treats and beverages with President Brett Feldman.
