Thank you letter template for fiscal clients of Parks & Trails Council.

It is important to thank your donors! It is also important to make sure the needed information is included in that letter, including stating the following:

  • Your group’s affiliation with P&TC
  • Notice that no goods or services were received in exchange for the donation
  • This tax-deductible statement:
