Fiscal Client Onboarding

P&TC has an onboarding checklist to ensure new officers of any of our fiscal clients understand the responsibilities and processes for managing their account.

When your group gets a new President or Treasurer, they are taking on the responsibility to oversee financial transactions for your group. Additionally, they are the main contacts that interact with P&TC.

Checklist to get onboarded

  1. Email P&TC when a new president or treasurer is in place or soon to be:
  2. Read the Fiscal Sponsorship Basics and Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement documents
    • Documents will be emailed to you upon notification.
  3. Watch the fiscal sponsorship video (see below)
  4. Peruse this fiscal client basics page, including FAQs.
  5. Have an onboarding phone/zoom call with P&TC
    • We will schedule this with you when you notify us of the leadership change.
  6. Complete your first deposit & expenditure.
