Enhancing Wellbeing through Nature-based Mindfulness
Spending time in nature benefits the body and mind in countless ways. When we practice mindfulness in nature, the wellbeing benefits are amplified. Join Friends of Whitewater State Park volunteer and certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Sara Holger, to learn about the health benefits of connecting with nature. After a short indoor presentation, we’ll relocate to the Gooseberry Glen picnic area to practice nature-based mindfulness activities. Wear comfortable shoes.
