Location: Gateway State Trail, south of Hadley Ave. (map)

Please register so we know our volunteer count for the day.

Volunteers should bring:

  • Sturdy soled shoes with ankle support. We will be planting on slopes.
  • A shovel or two, if available.
  • A metal rake, if available.
  • Work gloves.
  • Sun protective clothes, hat, and a good layer of sunscreen.
  • Water.
  • Rain gear if the weather is spring-like.

This tree planting is made possible by generous donations from the family of Vik and Nancy Wilson, who were instrumental to the Gateway Trail being designated as a public trail.
