Have you ever heard the saying “busy as a beaver”? Beavers always have building to do out in nature and are continuously shaping the world around them. Learn more about our local ecosystem engineers on January 14th at the Whitewater State Park HOP program. For those of you who are feeling energetic you can stay in the park after HOP and visit Whitewater’s very own beaver family lodge and perhaps even spot a beaver! It is just a short walk up Trout Run Creek trail.
