Event Type

Learn about the techniques animals use to deal with cold Minnesota winters. A brief how-to-snowshoe lesson will be followed by a short snowshoe hike to search for signs of animal?s winter survival strategies. Snowshoes are provided. We have snowshoes that fit kids from age 4 to adults. If you have younger children, you can bring a sled and pull them along. Inclement weather will cancel the program.

Registration for this program is required and limited to 20 participants, this number includes required adult chaperones.

Please include the following in your message: program name & date, the number of people attending, your name and phone number (please say your # twice). A confirmation and meeting location will be sent to you in the same method received, to show you successfully registered for the program.
