Fort Snelling State Park is situated right in the middle of a large metropolitan area with busy highways, railroads, river systems, and an International Airport. It is one of the most visited state parks in Minnesota by hikers, bikers, skiers, and motorists. Despite high human recreation, wildlife thrives with ease. Come join the naturalist for a longer walk to see and learn what the park is about. This three-mile walk is recommended for adults.
