Barry Warner is a retired landscape architect and urban planner. For over 40 years, he served as a consultant to cities, counties, regional government and states in planning and designing park, trail and open space facilities. He is a Fellow in the American Society of Landscape Architects and received the American Planning Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Barry previously served on the Parks and Trails Legacy Advisory Committee. He is an enthusiastic supporter of silent sports and enjoys bicycling, Nordic skiing and kayaking.
