DESCRIPTION:Experience the beauty of Minneopa State Park at night with a ca
 ndlelight hike through the scenic Minneopa Creek River Valley. Hike along 
 a 1-mile loop illuminated by hundreds of candles\, creating a magical wint
 er wonderland. The self-guided hike is available anytime between 5 to 8 p.
 m.\, with potential additional trails depending on the weather and snow co
 nditions.\n\nGather around campfires with friends and family to warm up an
 d enjoy free hot chocolate\, courtesy of the Friends of Minneopa. Limited 
 parking makes carpooling highly recommended.\n\nThis special event is co-s
 ponsored by the Friends of Minneopa State Park in partnership with the Min
 nesota Department of Natural Resources.\n\nTo join\, please meet at the Gr
 oup Camp Parking Lot anytime from 5 to 8 p.m.\n\nThe program is free to at
 tend but requires a valid Minnesota State Parks Vehicle Permit. These may 
 be bought online at  MN DNR State Parks Vehicle Permit  or at the park off
