SUMMARY:Make and Take: Winter Solstice Paper Lanterns
DESCRIPTION:\n\nGet ready to light up the longest night and welcome the ret
 urn of the sun by joining us to create nature themed\, paper lanterns\, al
 so called luminaries. We will be creating our luminaries out of paper and 
 decorating them utilizing a variety of nature inspired techniques and patt
 erns. Once completed\, place the luminaries indoors or outdoors and light 
 them with a real or electronic candle (similar to a jack-o-lantern) to bri
 ng a little festive spirit to the longest night of the year.\n\nNo registr
 ation required. Drop by the Thomas C. Savage Visitor Center any time betwe
 en 11am and 1pm to craft your lanterns.\n\n
