DESCRIPTION:\n\nCome out to Glendalough State Park on Valentine's Day\, Sat
 urday\, February 14th\, between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. to enjoy a lantern
  lit path through the woods!\n\nA mile of trail will be illuminated by lan
 terns and an almost-full moon. The trail starts at the Dining Hall and is 
 suitable for beginner-level hikers and snowshoers of all ages. The evening
  wraps up with a cup of hot cider near a crackling bonfire.\n\nSnowshoes c
 an be rented in-person at the park\, after 10:00 a.m. on the day of the ev
 ent\, while supplies last.\n\nSAVE TIME: Get a vehicle permit online befor
 e you go.\n\nA vehicle permit is required to enter Minnesota state parks a
 nd recreation areas. The DNR recommends buying permits in advance at the s
 tate park vehicle permit website (mndnr.gov/permit). The cost is $7 per da
 y\, or $35 for a year-round permit.\n\nIn the event of severe weather\, ca
 ll the Glendalough State Park office at (218)261-6900 for updates or check
  alerts and notices on the park website at mndnr.gov/glendalough. This eve
 nt may be cancelled if windchill temperatures are at or below -15 degrees 
 Fahrenheit at the time of the event.\n\nOther candlelight events will take
  place throughout the state in January and February\, offering a variety o
