Fishers have expanded their range in Minnesota over the last two decades, moving into the southern portion of the state. Dr. Joyce will discuss a general history of fishers in Minnesota, provide a summary of recent sightings, and discuss preliminary results from a new study intended to learn more about fisher ecology and population status in southern Minnesota.
