This month we’ll learn about the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, which has been shown to provide many health benefits. Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Sara Holger, will lead us on a slow walk to explore the forest with all of our senses. Meet at Gooseberry Glen Picnic Area.
