Volunteer to give back to Rice Lake State Park in celebration of Earth Day! This event, rescheduled from its original April 23rd date due to inclement weather, is being co-sponsored by Parks & Trails Council and Friends of Rice Lake State Park in coordination with MN DNR. You can register here.
Volunteer Information
We will meet at the Picnic Pavilion at 9:00 am. At this location, volunteer activities will include: trash clean-up, brush clearing, and hiking trail maintenance. Volunteers may engage in bending, lifting, shoveling, raking, hauling, or other physical movements. The event is appropriate for ages 12+.
