Mary Stefanski, Winona District Manager of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge will be sharing with us the importance of being designated “Upper Mississippi River Floodplain Wetlands of International Importance” by the Ramsar Convention in January 2010.

This webinar is part of the Healthy Older People (HOP) program series hosted by Friends of Whitewater State Park and Whitewater State Park.
