Come walk with NSTT at St. Croix State Park on Saturday, May 8. Register at Clayton Lake Beach. Walk 6km on the Sand Creek Trail on dirt road and a wooded area with some slight hills. The Two Rivers Trail is a second option following the Kettle River and St. Croix Rivers through wooded areas with minimum hills and lots of views. May be an out and back if the trail is under water. Create your own distance on the bike trail from Clayton Beach with markers every 1km for an out and back. Take a challenge and climb the fire tower along the road!
Register between 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and finish the walk by 4 p.m.
Cost: $2 for walk only; $3 for IVV Achievement book stamp; and $8 for the event award, a hand cut, hand painted leather pin of a Norway Red Pine.
COVID-19 precautions will be in place around the registration/food area.
A limited participant picnic (for a donation) will be available until gone. All food is individually packaged and handled only by masked/gloved volunteers.
