The Bemidji Area Mountain Bikers are hosting the Northland Fatbike Rally.
The rally consists of 28k and 10k race courses, featuring a mass start on Lake Bemidji, a scenic climb up the Rocky Point trail, and a challenging pedal through the impressive pines of Lake Bemidji State Park.
Spectators are encouraged to attend. The Friends of Lake Bemidji State Park will offer s’mores outside the visitor center and additional snacks and beverages inside the center.

Riders are required to have 3.8” or wider fat tires and wear a helmet. It’s recommended that riders carry water and wear adequately warm clothing for the weather.
Event Costs
The Northland Fatbike Rally is a free event put on by volunteers of Bemidji Area Mountain Bikers in partnership with Lake Bemidji State Park.
A free-will donation benefits the TrekNorth Mountain Bike Club. These funds will help high school and middle school students with the cost of logistics, jerseys, spare parts, and fees.
A Minnesota State Parks vehicle pass is required to enter the park.
