Naturalist Andy Wendy will conduct a walking tour covering about 1.5 miles of the park to explain the origin of the Big Woods and how it is changing. The event is primarily directed towards those who have paid memberships with the Friends of Nerstrand Big Woods State Park. The walk will begin at the picnic shelter.
