Tettegouche State Park hosts monthly art shows at the Visitor Center and our March artist is Terri Huro. Please join us for a reception with the artist on March 3rd from 7 to 8:30 pm.
“Born and raised as an only child in rural Minnesota, I spent many hours a day exploring and studying nature. I found so much interest in all the natural things I explored. I still hold onto that connection with nature, I still like to explore. As it is the theme of most of my artwork. These days I spend most of my time exploring artistic mediums and techniques. The focal points of my work tend to be animals and items found in nature. Playing with mixed media and juxtaposition of realism and modern elements.”
