Join us for our 11th annual Easter Egg Hunt presented by Friends of Glacial Lakes State Park! There are also games and activities at the Group Camp Shelter before and after the egg hunt. The naturalist will be on site doing a program with lots of neat things to look at and touch. Come enjoy the afternoon!
Children are divided into only two groups for the egg hunt this year: Pre-school and grades k-3. New this year, the children in grades 4-6 will have a separate challenge to complete to earn candy and a chance at other prizes. Some eggs contain prize slips. Hot cocoa and treats will be served at the Group Camp Shelter after the egg hunt. Last year 3,000 eggs were hidden. Make sure you arrive early to get your permit and finding parking, as you may have to walk a ways. ***REMINDER, the egg hunt will start promptly at 2pm.
A MN state Park vehicle permit is required to attend this event, and can be purchased at the park for $7/day or $35 for an annual permit.
