The next time you donate or renew your membership in Parks & Trails Council of Minnesota, you may notice that the giving form is a little different. We recently adopted a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. The CRM is what we use to manage information about our donors, including donation history, relationships, and memberships. It is also the system we use to create our online donation forms.
The new CRM, called Virtuous, has new features that will allow us to more efficiently and accurately process donations. We are excited about these changes, but with any change, there is also a bit of a learning curve as procedures get updated.
